Owners will have 24/7 owner access, protected by a fivelevel security system, including 9-foot site walls; electronic entry security gate with alarm; site-surveillance video cameras; individual door alarms on the doors; interior motion sensors with alarms; and 24/7 web-cams for owner-only interior monitoring. Even the skylights are security barred.
Inside the site, owners will share a common car wash bay, with water and an air compressor. Entry is by an insulated sectional door and "hidden" man door. Finished with epoxy flooring on a heavy-duty concrete slab, the suites will accommodate four cars on the floor, six with a lift.
